Alice Kundalini,
Hari-om Yoga Teacher

The first time Yoga came into my life was when I was at university. It was 2004 or so and I was studying philosophy at the University of Genoa. I was always passionate about philosophers, poets, writers and artists, as well as directors and musicians, with a particular penchant for everything that is out of the chorus and away from the limelight. In those same years I came across Eastern philosophy, and Yoga, I met for the first time Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita and many other traveling companions.

I did not think it would be such a long and profound path, in which there is no end but only one instant that chases the other. In the same time frame I also began to devote myself to experimental and research music, playing synthesizers and other electronic instruments. With  philosophy, Yoga and music, relationships are still lasting.

In 2014 my ambient music project with ritual sounds She Spread Smile was born, with which I have 5 records, published for the legendary British label Cold Spring Records and which led me to play all over Europe, in clubs and genre festivals. And with Yoga I continued along the path of teaching, even if I hardly feel like a teacher, but always a student and possibly a travel and practice companion.

I graduated from Hari-Om school, a place that has become home, where the magic of feeling found in a moment when I was lost, took place. Here I still continue to study, but also to work and share moments of simple and authentic happiness. Today the many red threads of my passions intertwine more and more often.

I teach Yoga in Biella, where I have set up a small studio space, Hariomlab66 Biella, a cradle where you practice, meditate, dedicate yourself to caring and listening to yourself.

Here and in other associations of Biella and beyond, I organize yoga courses and events that combine music with meditation and practice, giving space to collaboration with other musicians, artists, professionals and people I love, trying to make my passions and my studies available to those around me in a space of exchange and sharing.
