"The Body of the Speaker" - Marco M.

The Body of the Speaker

The body is not the time of the soul, nor is it the machine of the brain. The body is both the soul and the brain. To speak of a distinction between the three (body, mind, and spirit) is just ignorance.

Starting from the hypothesis above, that anyone who professes to be a "holistic" should tattoo on themselves, the thesis is very simple, that is, to commit to listening  only to those who express through the body what they profess in words. What does it mean? It's simple: don't listen to or even consider the words of a doctor with a body that gives the feeling of decay. Do not listen to the words or attend the lessons of a teacher of any discipline that involves movement when the person in question clearly does not practice what he or she teaches.

Don't listen to any advice on living (nutrition, astrology, psychology, family constellations, mindfulness etc etc) from people who have their dissatisfaction painted on their faces. Of course, I'm going further. No philosophy is valid when it comes from faces and mouths corrupted by recrimination and envy.

Before wasting your time listening to someone's words, observe them first. Do you see beauty in them or its opposite? Do they embody what they're talking about? First you should always ask yourself "who" and not "what". Any advice from the person who "wears" what they are talking about is good advice regardless of the outfit.
