PURPOSE
The retreat involves preparing and purifying before embarking on a lateral dimension together, through shamanic journeys, primordial rituals, use of psychedelics and meditations both active and pure neutral observation of the "void".
Timetable
The retreat starts at 15.00 on the first day and it ends at 14.00 on the last day.
The course is structured as a retreat so staying at the course location is mandatory for the duration of the same.
DIPLOMA
Lateral dimensions is open to anyone, regardless of their fitness experience and/or certifications.
At the end of the course we issue a Certificate of Attendance and suitability for teaching “Hari-Om method - Lateral dimensions”.
For those enrolled in the Hari Yoga Teacher Training, Lateral dimensions allows to accrue 40 training credits, per ciascun corso, for the YA 300-hour diploma.

LOCATION
The retreats takes place at Cascina Bellaria (Italy).
Cascina Bellaria is a place where the green lawn blends in the vastness of the sky. The farmhouse is located on an open plan from where both dawn and sunset light can be enjoyed at their best. The food offered is simple and natural as well as delicious and prepared with love.
It’s a place open to creativity where live music, dj sets and shows are regular features.
A place where to relax by the pool or pamper yourself with a massage from our SPA.
